Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it within 10 days from receipt of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us at hello@colleenmariedesigns.com and we will send you instructions on where to mail your return. Please include your original invoice with your return.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please email hello@colleenmariedeisgns.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement. 

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. We will refund the original form of payment provided and you will receive email confirmation when complete. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
